This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect in connection with the operation and use of the Facility, including through license plate recognition technology (“LPR”), parking and payment systems, and your communications or other interactions with us regarding the Facility.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected independently by third parties through websites, applications, payment services, or other services that they operate. However, this Privacy Policy describes personal information that we may receive from or disclose to third parties in connection with our operation of the Facility.

The Personal Information That We Collect or Process

- Vehicle and license plate information, including vehicle license plate numbers and images of vehicles and their license plates.
- Parking information, including dates and times of entry into and exit from the Facility, parking duration, and information regarding parking sessions, parking rates, validations, passes, permits, and parking restrictions.
- CCTV Video or Images, including video or pictures taken of the Facility.
- Payment and transaction information, including information relating to parking charges, payments, payment status, and transaction history. Payment information may be collected and processed by third-party payment processors.
- Communications and other information you provide, including your name, contact information, vehicle information, and other information you provide when contacting us regarding parking charges, payments, validations, passes, enforcement actions, disputes, customer service, or other matters relating to the Facility.
How We Collect Personal Information
You Provide Information to Us
We collect personal information that you provide to us in connection with the Facility. For example, you may provide information when you pay for parking, obtain or use a parking pass or validation, contact us regarding a parking charge or payment, request customer service, dispute an enforcement action, or otherwise communicate or interact with us regarding the Facility.
Through the Facility and Parking Systems
We may collect personal information automatically or electronically when you enter, exit, park at, or make a payment in connection with the Facility. The Facility uses LPR, which may collect vehicle license plate numbers, images of vehicles and their license plates, and the dates and times vehicles enter and exit the Facility.
When you access the parking payment system, including by scanning a QR code displayed on Facility signage, information may also be collected in connection with your parking session and payment, including the applicable Facility, vehicle license plate number, parking period, parking charges, payment status, and other transaction information. Payment information may be collected and processed by third-party payment processors.
Information from Service Providers and Other Sources
We may also receive personal information from service providers and other third parties in connection with the operation and management of the Facility, including providers that support parking management, payment processing, security, enforcement, customer service, and technology used in connection with the Facility.
How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:
- Determine parking duration and applicable parking charges;
- Process and verify parking payments;
- Administer parking passes, permits, and validations;
- Identify unpaid or unauthorized parking;
- Enforce parking rules and restrictions;
- Prevent fraud, misuse, or abuse;
- Operate and manage the Facility, including for security, customer service, and dispute resolution purposes;
- Communicate with you regarding the Facility, including regarding parking charges, payments, validations, passes, enforcement actions, customer service requests, or disputes;
- Comply with applicable legal requirements and protect our legal rights; and
- Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide the information or with your consent.
Who We Disclose Your Information To
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To contractors, service providers, and other third parties that perform services on our behalf or otherwise support the operation and management of the Facility, including parking-management, payment-processing, security, enforcement, customer-service, and technology service providers.
- To a buyer or other successor in connection with a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company's assets in which personal information held by the Company is among the assets transferred.
- As necessary to enforce the Parking Facility Terms and Conditions or other applicable agreements, collect unpaid parking charges, investigate or address violations of parking rules or restrictions, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or others.
- To law enforcement or other governmental authorities when required or permitted by applicable law or valid legal process.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to operate and manage the Facility, process and verify parking payments, enforce parking rules and restrictions, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law.
